Lead Generation Specialist

Website: Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager specializing in lead generation through email marketing, SEO, and campaign management. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing strategies and a proven track record of driving successful lead generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation through Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and automation to maximize engagement and conversions.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels to generate high-quality leads and increase brand awareness. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
Identify Lead Gen Content Opportunities: Identify content themes specifically for lead generation and collaborate with the content team for email campaigns, landing pages, blog posts, lead magnets, case studies, and other marketing materials to attract and engage prospects.
Analytics and Reporting : Track and analyze key performance metrics for all digital marketing initiatives, including lead conversion rates, website traffic, email open and click-through rates, and campaign ROI. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Prospect Database Management: Manage and maintain the prospect database, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and hygiene. Utilize CRM systems and marketing automation tools to effectively organize and track leads throughout the customer journey.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the B2B SaaS industry. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead nurturing and conversion activities. Collaborate with other departments such as product management, customer success, and design to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
SEO Optimization: Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search visibility, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building strategies. Stay updated on search engine algorithms and industry trends to ensure the website maintains high rankings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum (X) years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation in the B2B SaaS industry.
Proven track record of successfully executing email marketing campaigns, SEO strategies, and digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
In-depth knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
