Position: Marketing Specialist

Location: Bhopal (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift (US-based shift) – Mandatory

Salary Range: 4 LPA to 6 LPA

Experience Required: 3-4 years

We specialize in providing cutting-edge IT services, product development, and consulting solutions to global clients. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our Bhopal office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with US vendors and clients through calls and emails to build strong business relationships.
  • Generate qualified leads for IT consulting projects in the US market.
  • Maintain and update CRM with vendor/client interactions and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly targets related to lead generation and project acquisition.
  • Identify and secure IT project opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must completed - Bachelor's degree - Marketing and Technology (Any related field)
  • Prior experience in US IT staffing / marketing / lead generation will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable working in night shift (US-based shift).
  • Ability to work from the Bhopal office (Work from Office is mandatory).
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and performance targets.
