We're seeking a talented developer to join our team and help us build beautiful, high-performing mobile applications for both iOS and Android.

You'll be instrumental in the entire mobile development lifecycle, from designing stunning UIs to ensuring smooth performance and seamless integration with native functionalities.

Here's what you'll be doing :

- UI Virtuoso : Design and develop pixel-perfect, buttery smooth user interfaces (UIs) that adhere to our design guidelines and provide an intuitive user experience across both iOS and Android.

- Leverage React Native's capabilities to build reusable and maintainable UI components that deliver a truly native look and feel.

- Performance Champion : Write clean, efficient, and scalable JavaScript code to ensure the app runs flawlessly on both platforms.


- Identify and diagnose performance bottlenecks, implementing effective solutions to optimize app speed and responsiveness.

- Utilize profiling tools to pinpoint issues and continuously improve app fluency.

- Native Integration Expert : Work collaboratively with back-end developers to integrate with native APIs for features that require deeper access to platform-specific functionalities.

- Ensure seamless interaction between the React Native app and native functionalities for an exceptional user experience.

- Open Source Contributor : Stay updated with the latest advancements in the React Native ecosystem.

- Proactively identify and report critical bugs or suggest improvements to the open-source community.

- Collaborate with them to implement essential software fixes and maintain a stable development environment.

- Code Craftsman: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code using Redux for state management.

- Adhere to coding best practices and maintain a consistent code style to ensure code quality and readability.

- Conduct code reviews and collaborate with fellow developers to ensure high coding standards throughout the project.

- Library Master: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues arising from common and major libraries used within the React Native codebase for both iOS and Android platforms.

- Stay updated on library updates and security patches to ensure a secure and stable development environment.

- Web to Native Bridge : Collaborate with the development team to transition existing React web applications to React Native for a more native mobile experience.

- Ensure a smooth migration process while maintaining the core functionalities and user experience of the web app.

- App Deployment Pro : Prepare React Native apps for publishing on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, following the respective platform guidelines and submission processes.

What you'll bring to the table :

- Strong proficiency in React Native development with experience building cross-platform mobile applications.

- In-depth understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and experience with Redux for state management.

- Solid knowledge of design principles and best practices for UI/UX design.

- Experience with testing frameworks for React Native to ensure code quality and application stability.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- A passion for building innovative and user-centric mobile applications.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders.

Bonus points if you have :

- Experience with native development for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Java/Kotlin).

- Experience contributing to open-source projects.

- A strong understanding of mobile development best practices.
