Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Founder to translate strategic goals into actionable plans. Oversee execution across functions, ensuring accountability and measurable outcomes. Build and optimize internal systems and processes to support scale. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and alignment. Duration: 3 months Capacity: Full-time Location: Gurgaon (onsite) Skills Required 6+ years of experience in management consulting or strategy/operations roles within high-growth product or technology companies. Experience in building and scaling teams, improving internal systems, and driving accountability. Strong cross-functional communication and the ability to turn direction into measurable outcomes.
