Position : D365 - CRM Sr. Consultant

Location : Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Days of working : 5 Days a week.

Job Responsibilities :

Role and Responsibilities :

- Serve as a subject matter expert in Dynamics 365 CRM, providing consulting services to clients.

- Lead and participate in requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand business processes and goals.

- Analyse client needs and recommend solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM features and functionalities.

Implementation and Configuration :

- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet client requirements.

- Design and implement workflows, business rules, and user interfaces.

- Collaborate with developers for more complex customizations.

Client Interaction :

- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.

- Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators.

- Provide ongoing support and address client inquiries or issues.

Solution Documentation :

- Document client requirements and solution designs.

- Create user guides and training materials.

- Maintain documentation for system configurations and customizations.

Quality Assurance :

- Conduct testing to ensure the implemented solutions meet quality standards.

- Identify and resolve issues or bugs in the system.

- Perform system performance tuning and optimization.

Collaboration :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, solution architects, and project managers.

- Assist in project planning, including estimating effort and timelines.

Continuous Learning :

- Stay informed about updates and new features in Dynamics 365 CRM.

- Attend relevant training sessions and obtain certifications to enhance skills.

Best Practices :

- Advocate for and implement best practices in Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and customization.

- Provide guidance on industry best practices for CRM implementations.

Requirements :

- Proven 5+ experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM consultant, with a focus on senior(1)level responsibilities.

- Extensive Experience in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing

- Experience in Project Operations, Field Service, Customer Insights, Customer Voice is plus d. Deep configuration experience in Model apps, Entity customizations, Security roles Etc.

- Technical expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, Workflows, Jscript, Power Apps Portals

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- Education and Certifications: a. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
