We are Looking for SAP CRM Technical Consultant for one of our Business client
Job Overview:
As an SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP CRM solutions for the organization. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, designing and developing CRM solutions, and providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle. The SAP CRM Technical Consultant should have a strong understanding of SAP CRM modules and possess technical skills to customize and extend the CRM functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand CRM requirements.
Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
Solution Design:
Design and architect SAP CRM solutions based on business requirements.
Provide technical expertise in the design and implementation of CRM enhancements and customizations.
Customization and Development:
Customize and extend SAP CRM functionalities using ABAP programming language.
Develop and implement enhancements, interfaces, and reports within the CRM module.
Integration:
Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules and external systems.
Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between CRM and other enterprise systems.
Technical Support:
Provide ongoing technical support for SAP CRM applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of CRM solutions.
Collaborate with testing teams to conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes or enhancements to the CRM system.
Training:
Provide training to end-users and support teams on new CRM functionalities and features.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on SAP CRM best practices, new releases, and industry trends.
Recommend and implement improvements to optimize CRM system performance and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SAP CRM Technical Consultant with hands-on development experience.
Strong proficiency in ABAP programming language.
In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM modules and functionalities.
Experience in SAP CRM implementation projects, including customization, configuration, and integration.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively engage with clients.
Certifications (Optional):
SAP Certified Development Professional – ABAP for SAP CRM
SAP Certified Application Associate – CRM Middleware
Notice period – Immediate joiner/ 15 days
Location- Hyderabad
