The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing investor relations, fundraising initiatives, treasury management, and maintaining accurate Management Information Systems (MIS).Key Responsibilities :Prepare and review various Management Information Systems (MIS) tailored for management, bankers, board members, and internal stakeholders.Coordinate with relevant teams to gather necessary data and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of MIS reports.Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.Develop and track key financial performance metrics (KPIs) , highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.Partner with business and operations teams to analyze cost structures, margins, and profitability drivers , enabling data-backed business improvements.Support monthly and quarterly reviews by preparing analytical dashboards, management summaries, and actionable insights.Collaborate with internal departments to optimize cash flow management, working capital efficiency, and overall financial performance.Drive process improvements and automation in reporting, ensuring scalability and control across financial operations.Stay updated on industry benchmarks, best practices, and regulatory developments impacting financial planning and reporting standards.QualificationsChartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification preferred.2-4 years of experience in investor relations and fundraising.Strong financial acumen and understanding of capital markets.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proven ability to build and maintain investor and stakeholder relationships.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Mandatory RequirementPrimary Job Profile : Financial Reporting/ MISTechnical Skills : Bank relationship mgmt, Due diligence, Investor Reporting
