Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesOwnership of data migration and business intelligence solution development, includingdata profiling, migration validation, reports, dashboards, metadata, schedules, security,access control, compliance, and SLAsProvide architecture and design guidance to the team for creating data models, datamigration, and queries to provide high-quality, performant, and reliable business insightto the stakeholdersExecutes project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies for team members andstakeholders following an agile SDLC to reduce time to marketUtilize strong UI/UX capabilities in the team to deliver insightful, relevant, navigable, andhighly usable assets to the stakeholders to support and enable decision-making,forward-thinking, and innovation.Establish processes to enable proactive planning and expansion of infrastructure basedon usage and adoptionRecommend technical solutions based on business requirements and prioritizationImplement success metrics for adoption and for tracking the business value ofinvestments at the enterprise levelCreate/propose solutions for enterprise-wide deployment with considerations aroundscale and costs

Address issues/risks/dependencies in solution recommendationsUphold Tableau and data visualization best practices while fulfilling project requirementsActs as a technical lead to other information engineers (including offshore and contractresources) Help the team make key technical decisions, unblock them, and guide themon execution.Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience5+ years of professional development experience working in enterprise-scale datawarehousing, reporting, and BI setupMust have knowledge of one or more Data Integration tools like Pentaho, Mulesoft,Informatica, Dell Boomi, etc.5+ years of SQL (MSSQL, MYSQL, Snowflake, AWS Redshift, etc.) experience isrequiredMust have knowledge of one or more Data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS, SSAS, or otherExperience working in the agile development environment5+ years of designing, implementing, and building business intelligence solutions thatdeliver insights with measurable quality under the SLA

Skills/Specialized KnowledgeExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced work environmentExhibit sound judgment and swift decision-making skillsExhibit strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to collaborate and build consensus with othersLove of technology; actively seeks continuing education in current and emergingtechnologiesExperience with building analytic solutions applicable to Sales, Finance, Product,Operations, and Marketing organizations in an enterpriseExperience working in the agile development environmentExperience working with Salesforce dataExperience in working in large teams and agile methodologiesAbility to learn new business processes and functions quicklyMust Needed Skills:Candidates must have experience in SQL and Integration tools like Pentaho. It will bereally helpful if the person has an understanding of Salesforce CRM and knows any dataanalytics/reporting tools like Tableau, and CRM Analytics(Einstine Analytics).A Person who knows SQL, Pentaho, and Salesforce well is the best fit for this position.The preferred location is the Jaipur area. If we find a suitable candidate in a remotelocation that's also fine.
