About the Roles:

As an Lead Equity Research Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing in-depth analysis and insights on Indian companies across various sectors. You will be responsible for producing high-quality research reports, building relationships with corporates, servicing client requests, and contributing to the overall success of the investment research team.


Lead Analyst (4):

Sector Coverage: Banks

Sector Coverage:Oil & Gas

Sector Coverage: IT

Sector Coverage:Capital Goods


Responsibilities:

Research Report Development : Conduct comprehensive research on companies within your assigned sector(s), producing insightful and actionable research reports.

Corporate Relationships: Develop strong relationships with company management teams, fostering open communication and access to valuable information.

Client Servicing: Address client inquiries, provide timely updates, and deliver exceptional service to meet their investment needs.

Thought Leadership: Generate innovative ideas and thought-provoking insights to position your team as industry experts.

Team Management: Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.


Associate (4):

Sector Coverage: Infrastructure

Sector Coverage : Retail

Sector Coverage: Pharma

Sector Coverage: Auto


Research Support : Assist Lead Analysts in conducting research, data collection, and analysis within their assigned sectors.

Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to assess company valuations and performance.

Client Service: Support Lead Analysts in addressing client inquiries and providing timely responses.

Learning and Development: Continuously expand your knowledge of the Indian market, industry trends, and financial analysis techniques.


Qualifications:

Education : Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a strong foundation in finance. CFA certification is highly preferred.

Technical Skills: Proven expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and valuation techniques. Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and other relevant software tools.

Sector Knowledge: Deep understanding of your assigned sector.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and company management teams.
