Job Description: Job Role: AI Governance & Auditing Exp Level : 8 – 12 Years Work Location : Pune/Chennai Shift Timing : Either IST business hours or IST second shift (12.30 noon to 10.30 pm IST) depending on project assignment Remote / Hybrid : Work from UPS office (Client Site) "Key Skills and JD: GCP Vertex AI, IBM Watsonx, Should have experience on LLM Governance Required skills: • Candidate should have more than 5 years of experience in Data Science • Candidate should have experience working on LLM Observability, security, bias, fairness etc. • Should have strong experience working on Machine Learning Projects? • Should have working experience on GenAI & Agentic AI solutions • Should have experience in building production ready AI models • Good to have knowledge on the compliance aspects: EU AI Registry Act/Responsible AI / Information Risk Management etc. Key Responsibilities: • Candidate will develop frameworks for executing DS/AI projects. Example: What is the time required for completing a POC/MVP etc.? • Will ensure the milestones in the project life cycle? All the milestones must be validated before going to the next stage. • Auditor must be experienced to suggest measures to avoid costly mistakes in the project. • Perform unit test cases to avoid over-fitting or identify data leaks etc."
