Position: Associate Director / Manager / Assistant Manager / ConsultantRole SummaryWe are seeking a Data Management & Governance Expert with strong experience in EnterpriseData Management (EDM), Master Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Profiling, and DataReadiness. The role supports clients undergoing ERP transformation, AI data readiness initiatives,and legacy data remediation, leading the design and implementation of comprehensive datagovernance and management frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesData Governance & Frameworks• Design and implement EDM and Data Governance frameworks aligned with DAMA, DCAM,CMMI, and industry standards.• Conduct governance and maturity assessments, create improvement roadmaps, and establishData Management Operating Models (DMO).Data Quality, Profiling & Readiness• Lead data profiling, quality checks, scoring, and remediation across domains.• Build data quality frameworks, rules, dashboards, and monitoring processes.• Drive ERP migration data readiness, including assessment, cleansing, harmonization, andlegacy-to-modern mapping.Master Data Management• Define governance standards for Vendor, Customer, Material, Product, Finance, and Pricingmaster data.• Implement MDM processes, standardization, deduplication, and validations.• Develop metadata catalogs, lineage, glossaries, and metamodels.Data Enrichment & AI Readiness• Lead data enrichment initiatives, including AI-driven enrichment and attribute/taxonomyenhancement.• Prepare enterprise data for AI/GenAI use cases, identifying governance and data quality gaps.Collaboration & Automation• Partner with business and IT teams across finance, supply chain, procurement, and operations.• Automate data processes using integrations, workflows, APIs, or ETL tools.• Support conceptual, logical, and physical data model development.Tools & Technologies• ERP: SAP ECC / S4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365• Governance/Quality/Metadata: Informatica, Talend, Alation, MS Purview, Axon, Collibra(experience with one required)• Integration & ETL: APIs, middleware, ETL tools, data lakes• Cloud/Analytics (optional): Power BI, Snowflake, Azure, HiveQualifications• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or relatedfields.• Preferred certifications: CDMP (Data Management Professional).Experience• 5–12 years in Data Governance, EDM, Data Quality, and MDM.• Experience in ERP transformations, legacy data remediation, and AI data readiness.• Exposure to supply chain, procurement, finance, or vendor/customer data domains is a plus.
