Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our team in a product-based software development company. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our software products by overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond. Your role will involve product strategy, cross-functional team management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. We are looking for someone with a strong background in project management, along with developer knowledge and a basic understanding of mobile app development, web development, testing, and product development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, priorities, and success metrics.
  • Lead the product development process, working closely with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams.
  • Utilize project management methodologies and tools to plan, execute, and monitor project progress.
  • Mitigate risks and resolve issues by identifying and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product strategies with company goals.
  • Communicate product updates, progress, and roadmaps to stakeholders effectively. Lead and manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Allocate resources effectively and balance workload within the team.

Qualifications:

  • BE / BCA + Master in project management
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a product-based software development company.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Experience with .NET technology stack and knowledge of DevOps principles
  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60, ₹80,000.00 per month
