Hiring: Oracle Fusion OTBI/ BIP Developer About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Reporting Consultant with strong skills in OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL to design and deliver high-quality reports across Fusion Cloud modules. Key Responsibilities Work with business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop and customize OTBI reports, dashboards, and analytics Build BI Publisher (BIP) reports, including data models, XML, RTF/Excel templates Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and modeling Design effective data models and work with Fusion subject areas and module-specific datasets (HCM, ERP, SCM, Procurement, etc.) Ensure reports follow Fusion security and role-based access Troubleshoot report issues and optimize report performance Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with OTBI and BI Publisher Proficiency in SQL, XML, RTF, and Excel template design Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (HCM, ERP, SCM, Procurement) Familiarity with Fusion security, roles, and data access controls Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills How to Apply Interested candidates can share your resume to
