About the JobWe are looking for an experienced OTM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM Cloud). The role focuses primarily on OTM implementation work, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. The consultant should have strong understanding of OTM functional flows, SQL skills, and experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.Job Title: OTM Implementation ConsultantSkills Required: Primary Skills OTM Cloud – Functional Implementation Transportation Planning & Execution, Order Management, Freight Settlement, OTM Master Data (Locations, Rates, Itineraries, Carriers)OTM Configuration (Agents, Rules, Automation, Screen Sets, Queries)Technical Skills : SQL (Advanced level) , OTM integrations (CSV, XML)Working knowledge of API and data flows (preferred)Process Skills: Agile methodology, DevOps practices, Sprint-based deliveryRequirement gathering & documentationExperience : 8+ years total experienceSalary : Upto INR 35lpaMinimum 3 full-cycle OTM Cloud implementationsStrong hands-on configuration experience in OTMExposure to global/regional implementations (preferred)Location: Remote (India)Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferredJob DescriptionWork on end-to-end OTM implementation, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Participate in workshops, identify business requirements, and map them to OTM Cloud functionalities.Configure OTM components: Order Management, Planning & Execution, Rates & ContractsItineraries & Network setups, Automation Agents, Screen Sets, Saved QueriesCreate and review functional design documents, solution documents, and test scripts.Work closely with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and enhancements.Execute SIT, support UAT, and ensure successful go-live.Provide post-implementation hypercare support.Work in Agile/DevOps delivery model ensuring timely completion of work items.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality OTM Cloud solutions aligned with business needs.Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, CRP sessions, and solution demonstrations.Manage configuration activities and validate functional scenarios.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations, data mapping, and custom logic.Support test cycle executions and provide issue resolution.Ensure solution compliance with OTM best practices and project standards.QualificationsBachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
