Content Creation:  Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging, and relevant content (including text, images, videos, and infographics) across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
Campaign Management:  Create, launch, and monitor social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events while reaching their intended audiences effectively.
Community Engagement:  Foster relationships with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews. Engage with industry influencers and partners to expand the brand’s reach.
Tools:  Familiarity with platforms like WordPress and tools such as Zoho Bigin for CRM, Buffer for scheduling, and managing our social media presence across YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram is essential.
Analytics and Reporting:  Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to improve results.
Brand Consistency:  Ensure all social media content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
Trend Monitoring:  Keep abreast of current social media trends, tools and best practices as well as suggest innovative approaches to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
Collaboration:  Working closely with marketing, design and content teams will allow your social media efforts to align with larger marketing campaigns and objectives.
Ad Management:  Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and optimization for maximum ROI.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience as a Social Media Manager is essential, with an impressive portfolio of successful campaigns on various social networks.
Outstanding knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools.
Experience with paid social media advertising, including targeting, budgeting, and analytics.
Proficient in juggling multiple tasks, setting priorities, and skillfully managing time.
Strong analytical abilities and the capability of deciphering social media data.
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.
