Qualifications:3-5 years of technical recruiting experienceTechnical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for Business Systems analysts, Big Data engineering, Director IT, Engineering, Finance, Networking, Oracle and Performance ArchitectsNetworking skills are necessary along with an expert level grasp of LinkedIn and all its features and functions.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databasesSolid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to multi-taskMust be computer savvy with strong MS Office experienceVMS experience preferred.Bachelor’s degree
