Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in graphic design software and possess a strong portfolio showcasing the skills and creativity. The Graphic Designer will work closely with our marketing and branding teams to develop engaging visual content that effectively communicates our brand message to our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, social media posts, and website banners.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design visual content that aligns with the overall brand strategy and objectives.

  • Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all design elements.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.

  • Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into design revisions.

  • Assist with other design related tasks as needed, such as photo editing, icon design, and creating infographics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 3-4 years as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful design work.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.

  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
