Talent Worx is on the lookout for a dynamic IT Consultant to join our innovative consulting team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and industry knowledge to deliver strategic technology solutions to our diverse clientele. As an IT Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to assess client needs, develop tailored strategies, and implement solutions to enhance their IT operations.

Your proficiency in IT systems and business processes will be crucial in guiding clients through digital transformations, system integrations, and process optimizations. This position demands strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a drive to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and IT challenges, providing expert advice and tailored solutions.
  • Assess existing IT infrastructure and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements.
  • Design and implement technology solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects from conception to completion, fulfilling client needs and expectations.
  • Provide training and support to clients, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Document project workflows, solutions, and client interactions for ongoing reference and improvement.

Required :

  • B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in IT consulting.
  • Min 1 year of experience in e-Gov Project.
  • Exposure of working on projects related to financial domain, data analytics.
