
Inside Sales Executive

Inside Sales Executive/Team Leader will be responsible to generate leads and arrange meetings
for sales teams through multi-channel outreach. Assist the sales teams to conduct research on target
accounts, map the outsourcing landscape and develop account penetration plans. Also responsible
in identifying sales opportunities and passing on the intelligence gathered to the sales teams.
Responsibilities
● Develop new business via telephone and/or mass communication such as email and social media for markets in India, Middle East / UAE and North America
● Identify Key decision makers inside a company by using tools such as LinkedIn; Discover Org, Jigsaw; Hoovers; Wayne; Thomson Data , Zoom Info Etc.
● Identify the pain points of a prospect by doing a background research on their website, identify the technology and position our offerings.
● Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
● Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
● Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
● Work with the Sales and Marketing lead to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals.
● Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached in CRM
● Prepare and analyse pipeline reports and dashboards for allocated geography / customers
● Responsible for SQL and MQL target achievement from the allocated geography / customers.
● Identify potential strategic deals and develop the tactics needed to bring them to fruition.Responsible for supporting the accounts in the sale of the end-to-end portfolio of humanize
● Develop business initiatives and support in creation of new revenue streams and strategic customer development.
● Identify and proactively do lead generation and eventually ensure deal closure.
● Develop, and build upon positive professional relationships gaining the confidence of assigned client representatives
● Be the driving force in creating solution mindset and sales approach methodology for sales and business development groups that characterize company’s dealing in marketplace.
● Work closely and deeply within the target customers/ Sales Lead and maintain mutually rewarding business relationships.
● Based on individual opportunities and Sales Specialist area of expertise, work activity can span multiple Product / Platform / Geography Units.
Key skills required
● Knowledge of the Key applications in IT – CRM, ERP
● Experience with Inside Sales for India, Middle East / UAE and North America
geographies
● Solid understanding of Enterprise Product and services market, AI providers, Digital transformation technologies
● Experience in an early sales environment.
● Ability to connect and drive relationships at the senior level
Job Specification
● Experience: 6.5-10 years Lead Generation / Inside Sales of which minimum 2 years in SaaS Product/ Services , AI and Platform selling
● Qualification: Minimum Graduate. Post-Graduation preferred
● Hardcore Experience in B2B Inside sales
● Exposure in the Technology sector
● Solid understanding of the region / geography, India , Middle East and North America area must
● Well networked
● Self-propelling
