We’re looking for a skilled Backend Developer who loves building scalable, high-performance systems. You’ll work on designing and optimizing APIs, managing background tasks, and ensuring our backend architecture runs smoothly and efficiently. If you enjoy solving complex problems, optimizing performance, and bringing clean code to life — we’d love to have you on our teamKey Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services using Python, Node.js, and Express.js.Build and manage asynchronous task queues using Celery and Redis.Design and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling, query optimization, and database management.Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.Ensure code quality, scalability, and security through best practices and reviews.Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement backend improvements.Must-Have Skills Strong experience with Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask preferred).Hands-on experience with Celery and Redis for background jobs and caching.Proficiency in PostgreSQL (database schema design, queries, optimization).Solid understanding of Node.js and Express.js for API development.Experience integrating multiple backend services and managing APIs.Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP).Nice to Have Experience with Docker or containerized applications.Knowledge of message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka).Understanding of microservice architecture and system design.Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Sentry.Why Join Us?
