This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry and the ability to identify and attract the best candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate Management: Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Negotiation: Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry to effectively source and attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the domestic market.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, CPC).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Proven track record of successful placements in the IT sector.
