Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
