Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with a focus on Digital Marketing and Influencer Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales within the digital marketing industry, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth.

ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target potential clients in need of digital marketing and influencer marketing services.Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and presentations.Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales performance.

RequirementsMinimum 1 year of sales experience in digital marketing and/or influencer marketing.Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and influencer marketing strategies.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Skills (Must Have)Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.Influencer Marketing Expertise: Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies, including identifying influencers, negotiating partnerships, and measuring campaign effectiveness. and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to identify sales opportunities, build relationships with clients, and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas, proposals, and solutions to clients.Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with their business goals.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, interpret trends, and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics teams, to develop integrated sales strategies.Self-Motivation: Proactive and self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changes in industry trends and client needs.Goal-Oriented: Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
