Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Manager at Kumaraguru College of Technology. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing and executing various programs of the Institutions. This includes coordinating program activities, developing program strategies, and monitoring program outcomes. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications


  • Relevant Bachelor's / master's degree with 3-10 years of work experience. 
  • Strong organizational and Multitasking skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines
  • Knowledge of higher education policies and regulations
  • Experience in program planning and implementation
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in the field of education is a plus
