We're one of the largest retailers of home interior goods in Bangalore, helping build 10,000+ homes every year Even as a 2-year-old company, we have been profitable with a scale of $5M annualised revenue Location & EmploymentLocation: Bangalore (On-site) - This is a field role for expansion of our experience centers Employment Type & Compensation: Full-time - 14-18 LPA + incentives Role OverviewYou will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing new store launches from site identification, lease signing to store handover. You shall ensure timely delivery with budgeted cost and adherence to brand design & quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesStore Location Identification & Leasing : Conduct market research to identify cost-optimized retail locations. Lead lease negotiations with property owners, developers, and brokers. Collaborate with legal teams for contract finalization and compliance. Store Setup & Project Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of new stores (Layout BOQ Execution Handover). Prepare project timelines and cost estimations; track project progress vs. schedule. Ensure quality control during construction, fixtures, signage, and store fit-outs. Requirements5-10 years in retail expansion, project management, or real estate Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder handling. Ability to read architectural drawings, BOQ, and design layouts. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design (preferred).
