Job Title: Travel Consultant



Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. From flights and accommodations to activities and transportation, you will utilize your expertise to create unforgettable travel experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to determine their travel preferences, budget, and special needs.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Research various travel options, including flights, hotels, tours, and packages, to tailor itineraries to clients' needs.
  • Make reservations and bookings for flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
  • Handle inquiries, changes, and cancellations before, during, and after clients' trips.
  • Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destination information, and industry developments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for travel and exploration.
  • Certification or training in travel and tourism is a plus.
