Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end project management process, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
  • Provide strategic guidance and consultation to clients, leveraging industry expertise to drive business results.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
  • Track project progress, report on key metrics, and communicate updates to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team.



Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduation
  • Degree in Project Management or Certification in PMP/CSM is a must.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Minimum of 6 years and above of experience in project management or consulting roles, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, risk management, and problem-solving in a dynamic business environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation..
