Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide support in hiring processes.
1. Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.- Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and events.
1. Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring that it is fair, consistent, and aligned with company goals.- Provide guidance and support to managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.- Identify and address performance issues, providing coaching and development plans as needed.
1. Training and Development:
- Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.- Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various topics, including leadership, technical skills, and compliance.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
1. Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with company objectives.- Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure equity and fairness.- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
1. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies and senior management.
1. HR Strategy and Policy Development:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's strategic goals.- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continually improve HR processes and programs.- Provide strategic HR advice to senior management on organizational development and change management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable.- Minimum of (5-7) years of HR experience, with at least (3) years in a managerial role, preferably in the IT industry.- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
