Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Firmware Engineer-

team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in embedded systems development and a strong background in firmware design, implementation, and testing and the person who can lead a team of Firmware Engineers. This individual will play a key role in developing cutting-edge firmware solutions for our products, contributing to all phases of the firmware development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:● Lead a team of firmware engineers to develop and maintain embedded systems and firmware for IoT devices.● Design, develop, and test firmware for new and existing IoT products.● Collaborate with hardware engineers to define system requirements and interfaces.● Ensure firmware development processes and practices are followed.● Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.● Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.● Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of code and documentation.● Troubleshoot and resolve firmware-related issues.● Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, specifically in IoT.● Contribute to the development of disruptive technology solutions that set the company apart in the market.

Preferred Skills:● Proficiency in C/C++ programming.● Strong understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and RTOS.● Hands-on experience with IoT devices and communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, Bluetooth, Zigbee).● In-depth knowledge of BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), Wi-Fi, and Mesh networking technologies.● Experience with hardware interfacing, communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, etc.), and debugging tools.● Expertise with microcontroller units (MCUs) from Texas Instruments, STMicroelectronics (STM), Espressif, Nordic Semiconductor, etc.● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.● Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects..

Preferred Qualifications:● Experience with Agile development methodologies.● Knowledge of wireless communication standards (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, etc.).● Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).● Experience with low-power embedded systems.● Understanding of security protocols and best practices for IoT devices.Job Specification:
