The Team

Discover the various Financial Risk services, we offer to help organizations across the full life cycle

of financial transaction. From governance and processes to technology and reporting, our services

can enhance transparency, efficiency, compliance and financial integrity.

Work you’ll do

As an Analyst in our SRT team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams

and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

Role Description:

In our SRT Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and

clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

The SRT team provides assurance, through trusted independent advice to senior management and

the bank’s stakeholders Client’s trading positions are well understood and appropriately valued.

The team is responsible for the firm’s independent price verification, model control and key

valuation related reporting, policies, and projects.

Domain - Credit Risk:

- Understanding Credit Risk Metrics : PD, LGD, RWA, ECL etc.

- Should worked on Key regulations like BASEL, IFRS 9, CRR2, CRR3, Large Exposure etc.

- Credit Risk: Calculation , Reporting , Data Management, Modelling

- Key Terms: Credit Risk, Concentration risk, Country risk, Counterparty risk etc.

IT Business Analyst:

- Understating Business requirements (BRD)

- Converting BRD to FSD

- Able to work with developers to implement these requirements in the system

- validate the requirements and get the sign off.

SQL:

- Able to write the basic queries using SQL functions, joins etc.

Testing:

- Should have clear idea of test life cycle

- Good if worked on automated tools.

Strategy, Risk & Transactions

Credit Risk BA

Agile:

- Able to understand the agile methodology and follow all the agile practices (Grooming,

prioritization, planning, demo, etc.)

Able to manage the production (24/7)

Location – Bangalore

Level – DM and Manager

Qualification

▪ Any Graduation or Post graduation
