Collaboration with business operations, technology, and compliance teams is essential to ensure market-leading solutions.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Development:- Define product vision, roadmap, and positioning.- Manage trends, regulatory changes, and client needs.- Develop a comprehensive suite of liquidity products.Client Engagement & Solutioning:- Engage with stakeholders to understand challenges.- Lead product demonstrations.- Collaborate with sales managers for structuring RFP responses.Implementation & Delivery:- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch.- Monitor performance and profitability of products.Governance & Compliance:- Ensure compliance with internal policies and international regulations (Basel III, IFRS9).
