Experience - 2-6 Years with a growth B2B SaaS companies

Location - Bangalore

Reporting to Founders

Job Description:

This role is a good fit for someone who is Young, Motivated, and Highly Ambitious and someday wants to a Founder themselves. You would work directly with the Founders, to drive one of the most important priorities of the Company – Growth

Company is currently at an inflexion point. This role is about driving everything that helps company GROW. No limits. No boundaries. Anything under the sun that aligns with the Growth mandate is within your purview. So this is a very exciting, but also a very challenging role. Fit for Future Founders

What will you be working on? -

  • Drive Growth. No Limits, No Boundaries. Anything that can help drive Growth is within your purview. How would you drive growth for a B2B SaaS Company? All of that is within your purview
  • This might include:
  • Working with the Founders to create a Growth Strategy (5%)
  • Executing that Growth Strategy (95%)
  • Driving a Content Program. Work with Content Writers to get Top Quality Content created. Work with Content Distributors to get Content distributed far and wide. Grow followers, impressions, content views, etc.
  • Build an SEO strategy. Execute by working with SEO agencies, Content writers, etc.
  • Build an Influencer Marketing strategy. Execute by working with Agencies, Freelancers, Relevant Content creators, etc.
  • Being data driven would be a big part of this role
  • Measure performance of every initiative, every campaign using data
  • Use data to refine strategies, double down on what’s working, course correct from what’s not working
  • Identify Growth Hacks. Research about successful B2B Growth journeys.. Learn from them
  • Explore ways to use AI to Hack Growth

Comfort working at an Early Stage start up - Fast pace, Uncertainty

Strong first principles problem solving. IFKYK

Start up experience, ideally in a 0 - 10 journey. Ex-Founders, Founding Team members, Founder’s Office, Business Generalists might find this role a good fit (If you have never worked at a fast paced start-up or otherwise demanding roles, this might be too much)

Prior Experience in a Strategy, Revenue, Growth or Marketing role at a start-up
