Job Description
As Account Executive Sr., your mission is to develop strategic and creative proposals and budget responsibly for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will ensure flawless campaign execution, maintaining continuous communication with all stakeholders. Your role includes effectively engaging with clients to understand their needs and collaborate closely with them. Leveraging C-level relationships at leading brands, agencies, and publishers, you will drive deal closures and manage influencer strategies proficiently.
Requirements
  • More than 4 years of relevant hybrid experience in marketing, strategy, and creativity, ideally in consumer goods, online marketing, or agency environments.
  • Experience in Influencer Marketing: scouting, management, negotiation, and fostering good relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong service orientation, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • High energy and a can-do attitude.
  • Goal-oriented, fast-learning, and autonomous worker.
  • A solid network of relationships with top brands and/or agencies.
  • English proficiency is necessary ; any other language is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Influencer strategy and management.
  • Team leadership and management.
  • Develop strategic and creative proposals and budgets responsively for a range of clients.
  • Ensure flawless execution of each campaign, maintaining continuous communication with all stakeholders.
  • Effectively connect with clients, understand their needs, and cooperate with them.
  • Maintain high levels of sales activities through exceptional organization and time management.
  • Bring C-level relationships at top brands, agencies, and publishers.
  • Close deals with existing relationships.

Requirements
Responsibilities: Ability to analyze information/data to convert them into insights Detection of business, communication and innovation opportunities Cultural and trend analysis Close working relationship with the creative team Elaboration of communication and brand strategies based on category analysis, cultural context, audiences and market trends and how they connect with media tactics Identification of best channels according to objectives, audience, market, brand and category Development of presentations with structured and creative thinking Process data, make accurate recommendations and optimize the strategic work based on results Skills & Experience: +5 years of previous experience in similar roles English: Verifiable Advanced (Written and Spoken) Creative thinking Ability to analyze information/data to convert them into business and creative insights Excellent development of strategic decks and strategic narratives Communication skills, oral and written Structured thinking, excellent organizational skills General media understanding and ability to analyze results to confirm if and why the strategy worked and what could be improve Excellent presentation and narrative building skills Experience in creative agencies Experience in international brands Independent, proactive and agile in their way of work Deep understanding of social media in a cultural, technical and tactical way.
