Responsibilities:


  • Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Sourcing : Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals) to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening : Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, and initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Candidate Experience : Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Database Management & MIS : Maintain and update Recruitment tracking (MIS) system with candidate information and recruitment progress.
  • Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices.
  • Reporting : Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.


Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Recruitment experience in Solar renewable energy industry will be an add on advantage
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or MBA(HR).
