Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Health Campaign (Ramp) project. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive experience while adhering to process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduate / Undergraduate
  • Experience:
  • Freshers: Allowed up to 10% of total hires (Maximum 30 candidates)
  • Any Industry Experience: Allowed up to 50% (Maximum 90 candidates)
  • Relevant Work Experience (Customer Support / Healthcare / International Voice Process): Minimum 40% (80+ candidates, can exceed but cannot fall below this percentage)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for the Health Campaign process.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and report to supervisors as per requirements.

Job Details

  • Headcount Requirement:
  • First Batch (2nd Sept 2025): 40 candidates
  • Daily Line-up: Minimum 10 candidates/day until onboarding target is met
  • Contract Duration: 2 Months
  • Shifts: Rotational
  • Work Mode: (Specify – Work From Office / Hybrid / Work From Home)
  • Compensation: (To be defined as per company policy)
  • Additional Benefits: (Cabs, meal allowance, performance incentives, etc. – if applicable)

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
  • Prior healthcare/customer support experience preferred (for relevant experience pool).

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
