Role Description
We're currently seeking a versatile Human Resources Specialist for a full-time role based in Mumbai, with flexibility to work both remotely and on-site at different client locations. This position is tailored to manage HR functions for multiple clients across various industries, requiring adaptability and strong organizational skills.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing HR functions for multiple clients, including HR technology management, team member engagement, and policy enforcement
Conducting performance reviews, facilitating onboarding and exits, and coordinating talent acquisition efforts
Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at client organizations
Managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring legal compliance
Implementing HR automation solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency

Minimum Requirements
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies

Ability to work autonomously and efficiently
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
1-3 years experience as an HR Generalist
Annual Compensation upto 5L
