Roles & responsibilities:

  • and provide strategic direction to teams, ensuring alignment with client’s business objectives, leveraging Gen AI and advanced analytics solutions.
  • collaborate with the Marketing, Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Risk & Controls, and Automation teams, integrating Gen AI strategies into campaign execution and optimization.

  • revenue growth by leveraging Gen AI-driven insights to understand client needs, proposing innovative commercial constructs, and capitalizing on upsell & cross-sell opportunities.
  • for ensuring a highly skilled workforce of data engineers, data analysts, and data scientists proficient in Gen AI to support RTB and CTB initiatives.
  • closely with sales and consulting teams to expand current business leveraging Gen AI capabilities and explore new transformation-led opportunities.
  • updated with industry trends in Gen AI and champion the adoption of cutting-edge Gen AI tools, methodologies, and technologies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • / Bachelor’s degree in Management / Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics or any related quantitative discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in Data Management, Analytics, or Decision Science, including P&L Management responsibilities, with significant exposure to Gen AI technologies.
  • in services/consulting space, building and leading large analytics business with demonstrated success in Gen AI-driven client deliveries, preferably in Banking and Financial Services.
  • track record of building and leading high growth Gen AI-enabled teams; demonstrated experience in hiring, retaining, and scaling geographically dispersed, high-performing Gen AI teams.
  • in collaborating, communicating, and influencing different stakeholders using Gen AI-driven insights to drive inclusion, efficiency, and creative solutions.
