Ferromonk Steel Structures Pvt Ltd is a leading player in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry, providing high-quality structural steel solutions across various industrial and commercial sectors. As we grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant with up to 6 months of experience (or a fresher with strong academic knowledge) to join our Finance & Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, billing, and invoicing.
  • Maintain records of all financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Help in preparation of monthly reports, bank reconciliations, and ledgers.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings under the guidance of senior accountants.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and documentation.
  • Support audits and respond to queries from auditors when needed.
  • Perform other finance-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or any relevant commerce background.
  • 0–6 months of experience in an accounting or finance role (freshers welcome).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
  • Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting software.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing/PEB industry setup.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of ERP systems or accounting software.
  • Internship or training experience in a finance/accounting department.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
