Job Description

Translate marketing/brand issues to research tasks/briefs and finalise effective research design/ tools to deliver required information for decision making Manage the Retail Track subscriptions and share actionable Insights for improving MS across categories of interest Ensure smooth coordination for Consumer immersions across the stakeholders Take ownership of the Consumer Insights projects execution in timely manner Align the project brief with deliverable & actions for positive impact on business decisions Share meaningful inferences basis primary research findings/other repository and follow up on actions taken basis those

The Successful Applicant

Strong understanding of Market research design and practices. Master's degree in Business Administration with Marketing as a specialization is a plus 6-8 years of experience in Consumer Insight function at Consumer Product organization Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
