Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Franchisee Field Executive (Male) with 2-8 years of experience to drive our marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach through on-ground promotional activities, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships. This role is target-based (weekly/monthly) and involves frequent field visits, brochure distribution, and direct customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Lilo's brand and services within the designated territory.
  • Acquire new customers and build relationships to drive app downloads and customer retention.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Lilo's customer base.
  • Collaborate with the Lilo team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-8 years of experience in marketing or sales (preferably field-based).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for field visits and promotions.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive approach.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred (if applicable).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
