Must Have: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant - OTL


job Description:

Should have 6-10 years of experience

Should have worked on Fusion HCM releases 9, 10

• Should have completed at least 2 full life-cycle implementation of Fusion HCM Apps .

• Expert in Fusion HCM modules -Global Human Resources , Time & Labor, Absence Management.

• Expertise on Fast Formulae, Personalizations, Data Extracts.

• Expertise on delivered Integration methodologies - HDL, Web services.

• Expertise on OTBI/BI Publisher Reports and Dashboards

• Expertise on - History Data Conversion , History Data Loading/migration , Creating Workforce Structures

• Expertise on Security process in Fusion Apps. Good hands on experience using Oracle Identity Manager and Authorization Policy Manager

• Good Documentation skills – ASIS, Functional Specifications/Design, Business Requirements, Process Flows, Test Scenarios, User Manuals, Training documents, SOP

• Should have experience in writing test cases/scripts/scenarios covering end to end business processes

• Should have experience in conducting SIT, UAT

• Should be well versed with Cloud Implementations, upgrades and maintenance methodologies

• Should be able to perform his/her duties independently

• Should have Good Communication Skills (verbal & written)

• Should possess good problem Solving Skills

• Should be a good Team Player with right Attitude

• Should have Team/Project Management Skills (Depending on Years of Exp.), Status Reporting Skills, Mentoring Skills

• Should have worked with global clients.
