Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team. As an SDR at Cloutflow, you will be the first point of contact for potential brand partners, responsible for identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and generating leads for our sales team. Your role will be critical in driving our growth by building a strong pipeline of potential clients who are eager to leverage influencer marketing to enhance their brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Conduct research to identify and target potential brand partners in various industries.
- Utilize social media platforms, LinkedIn, and other tools to generate a pipeline of high-quality leads.
- Execute outbound prospecting through cold emails, calls, and social outreach to initiate conversations with prospective clients.
Prospect Engagement:
- Qualify leads by understanding their brand’s needs, marketing goals, and challenges.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Brand Partnerships team to showcase Cloutflow's influencer marketing solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings to accurately convey value propositions to prospects.
Pipeline Management:
- Track all prospecting activities and interactions in CRM systems to maintain accurate and updated records.
- Work closely with the Brand Partnerships team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on lead quality and areas for improvement.
Market & Industry Insights:
- Stay updated on trends in influencer marketing and the broader digital advertising space.
- Share insights on emerging opportunities and challenges within the market with internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in digital marketing or influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to identify and engage potential clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms is a plus.
