Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.

Translate business needs into clear, concise functional and technical documentation

(BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, User Stories, etc.).

Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and clarification sessions with technical teams

(developers, testers, designers).

Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and support Agile/Scrum practices as needed.

Collaborate with QA teams to ensure requirements traceability and assist in test case

validation.

Support UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.

Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in business processes and

suggest enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

2+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Strong experience in interacting with clients and understanding their requirements.

Hands-on experience in writing business documents, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories,

and process flows.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative technical team.

Basic understanding of software development processes and SDLC (Agile/Waterfall).
