Location: - Anjanapura, Bangalore

Salary: - 3,60,000/- to 4,80,000/- PA

Job Summary:

Purchase Executive's primary role is managing the procurement of food, beverages, and other supplies by sourcing high-quality products, negotiating with vendors for best prices and terms, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers for food, beverages, and other supplies.
  • Secure favorable contracts and pricing terms with vendors.
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders in a timely manner, and ensure optimal inventory without excessive stock.
  • Ensure that all procured items meet the restaurant's quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, and supplier information.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to adhere to the purchasing budget.
  • Ensure that all purchasing activities and products comply with food safety and quality regulations.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Ability to analyse market trends and make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Proficiency in negotiating with vendors to achieve the best possible terms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and internal departments.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management principles to optimize stock levels.
  • Familiarity with relevant software, such as ERP systems.
  • Previous experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the food and beverage or restaurant industry.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is often preferred.

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
