If you love travel, enjoy meaningful conversations, and have a knack for creating seamless guest experiences, this role is for youWhat You’ll Do- Be the first point of contact for guests, assisting them via phone, email, and chat to find and book the perfect getaway.- Understand guest preferences and guide them through our unique collection of vacation homes.- Manage reservations, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently while ensuring a smooth booking process.- Coordinate with property owners to accommodate guest requests and special requirements.- Maintain up-to-date property details, availability, and rates in our reservation system.- Follow up with guests post-stay to gather feedback and enhance their future experiences.- Monitor booking trends and contribute ideas to improve guest satisfaction and occupancy rates.What We’re Looking For- A passionate learner with 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you should love engaging with people.- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.- A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.- Basic understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory, But a Plus)- Prior experience in reservations, hospitality, or the travel industry.- Familiarity with CRM systems and reservation platforms.- Knowledge of India’s travel landscape and vacation rental market.At Hushstays, we believe in creating unforgettable experiences—for both our guests and our team.
