Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Muzaffarpur. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining the store's appearance. Duties include handling customer service issues, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that the store meets company standards and policies.

  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proven Store Management skills
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
  • Experience in beauty retail is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred
