Role & responsibilities

  • Site Setup & Mobilisation

  • Oversee initial site setup and resource mobilisation

  • Ensure readiness of infrastructure, logistics, and manpower

  • Safety Management

  • Maintain site safety standards in compliance with company and statutory norms

  • Drive safety awareness and zero-injury culture across all teams

  • Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement resource plans for manpower, equipment, and materials

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports; escalate deviations to management

  • Quality & Contractual Compliance

Establish and execute site-level QA protocols

  • Ensure contract deliverables are met with zero punch points

  • Budget & Cost Control

  • Manage project budgets and control costs within approved limits

  • Milestone Achievement

  • Ensure timely receipt of WTG components, installation, mechanical completion, and commissioning

  • Align execution with contractual schedules and client expectations

  • Proven track record in WTG installation and commissioning

  • Strong understanding of safety protocols, QA systems, and contract management
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and reporting tools

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 12-15 years of experience in site-based project management,
  • Proven track record in WTG installation and commissioning
