Job Description:


Automating and Streamlining Processes:

  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline risk management processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to implement technology solutions for risk process optimization.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automated processes, making improvements as needed.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on new automated tools and processes.

Emerging Risk Program:

  • Lead the evaluation of potential future risks to the company.
  • Compile and distribute a monthly newsletter for risk stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with risk advisors and business units to identify risks and controls.
  • Document findings in the GRC tool and track for follow-up and remediation.

Offshore Governance:

  • Manage requests for offshore transition submitted via SharePoint.
  • Review requests and submit them for Legal & Licensing Compliance approval.
  • Work with Risk Leadership to obtain Executive Leadership for risk acceptance or rejection, when required.
  • Conduct annual evaluations of accepted risks for material changes.

Risk Acceptance:

  • Assess new risk acceptance items and determine the need for further evaluation.
  • Review escalated risk acceptance with Risk Leadership team and assist with escalation to the executive leadership team, when required.
  • Conduct annual evaluations with business units to reassess accepted risks.
  • Collaborate with business units on risk mitigation and remediation plans as needed.

Data Entry Support & Audit Support:

  • Provide assistance with data entry for various risk programs to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Oversee risk audit activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures for Risk Programs.
  • Implement remediation actions as necessary to address audit findings.
