Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role located in Kanpur for an Onsite Manager. The Onsite Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high levels of productivity and quality. The individual will coordinate with other departments, handle client relations, and ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in managing client relations and maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience in the BFSI sector or similar industries is a plus
