Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Salesforce Developer located in Noida. The Salesforce lead is a key member of our Delivery organization in India. In addition to being responsible for developing high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform, the lead will conduct needs assessments, technical roadmap and drive culture of innovation. • Team Player • Strong Communication Skills Qualifications Extensively worked on debugging and analysis Experience in designing and developing Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components Strong Salesforce platform knowledge with brilliant coding skills Must have team leading experience for minimum 2-3 projects Ownership of Technical Design documentation and Estimation Planning and monitoring the tasks with subordinates Must have the ability to independently drive requirements discussions with business stakeholders Must have the ability to understand business problems and propose high level Salesforce solutions Requirement understanding, analysis, designing, configuration, code review, support activities Proven track record of driving the project by coordinating with the technical architect Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field Salesforce.com certification(s) (e.g. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II)
