Website/Shopify Executive
to join our team. This role is essential for managing and optimizing our Shopify store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving online sales. You will be responsible for maintaining product listings, optimizing site functionality, and collaborating with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and update the Shopify platform, including maintaining product listings, inventory, and pricing.Optimize the website’s user experience (UX) by applying best practices in design, navigation, and checkout to enhance customer satisfaction and increase conversions.Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and a smooth online shopping experience.Analyze website performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing conversion rates and improving overall site functionality.Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness on the website.Ensure the website is SEO-optimized and mobile-responsive, delivering a seamless experience across all devices.Continuously research and integrate new apps, plugins, and tools that can enhance the website and Shopify store performance.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Web Development, E-commerce, or a related field.2+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores or e-commerce websites.Strong knowledge of the Shopify platform, including apps, plugins, and integrations.Excellent analytical skills with experience in using e-commerce analytics tools to track performance and improve conversion rates.Experience with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them quickly.Familiarity with SEO best practices and web design principles for e-commerce.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, and customer support).
